Just go to gym or even for a jog for a week even if it doesnt interest you... think of it as your job.. and even 30 minutes for a start wont be bad

Soon the results will be enough to keep you motivated! And probably when you will see guys there lifting damn heavy you would have someone to look upto and try even harder..!!
