CHEAT MEAL STRATERGIES!!!!

DID YOU KNOW... EATING A CHEAT MEAL HAS BEEN PROVEN TO BE OF BENEFIT!

HOW?!?! When it comes to weight loss, it is important to add in a cheat meal to your diet. It is provenit boosts up your metabolism and wards off the feelings of deprivation. It improves your ability to lose weight and also your ability to stick to your diet plan.

It is important to keep a healthy lifestyle, preparing your meals and not ruining your routine for something that isnt important.

Last week on sunday, i was really craving a juicy pepproni pizza, and so thats what i had for lunch!

PLAN YOUR CHEAT MEAL

It is important to plan your cheat meal, deciding what you are going to eat and when youre going to eat it. It is good to eat your cheat meal on tbe weekend or on special occasions. This is way you can cut out on calories before you consume the cheat meal. And hey! This allows you to really enjoy the meal, since you have been looking forward to it the entire week!

EARN THE BURN

Eating a calorie rich cheat meal into the mix tricks your system into thinking food is plentiful and that it’s OK to burn through fat stores. In the context of strict dieting, cheat meals can aid weight loss by temporarily boosting leptin. It is important to make sure you workout out and burn enough calories, in order to prevent consuming extra calories.

CHEAT IN MODERATION

Make sure the cheat MEAL does not turn into cheat DAYS. It is not wise to go crazy overeating on your weekends, just because you have dieted during the week.Consume one good cheat meal on your weekend (i consume mine on sunday). I use my sundays to really enjoy pluse prepare my self for a full week ahead.

GO BEAST MODE

Another trick to minimize your fat gains from your cheat meal is to deplete your glycogen stores. The body won’t store carbohydrate as body fat until its glycogen reserves are full, so the emptier your tank, the more room you have for your cheat meal before it ends up on your thighs. It is wise to hit the gym before you consue the cheat meal on an emtpy stomach (in the morning). For a little bit of a boost, you can consume a cup of black coffee.

In the mornings i do 45 minutes of intense cardio without before eating breakfast, the only thing i consume is a cup of black coffee. And this way, i do not feel so bad about consuming a cheat meal. Here is a photo of me on the treadmill. Screenshot_20180117-230844.png
