Heres the routine I followed today,
Dynamic Warm-up -
Skipping ropes - 20
Jumping Jacks - 20
HH Squats - 15
Hip Raises - 10
Shoulder Bridge leg raises - 5 per leg
Windmill Forward & Reverse

Drill -
Burpees - 10

Interval - 5 Rounds
Mountain Climber - 10
Jumping Jacks - 10
Crunches - 05
Plank Knee to chest - 20
Rest - 60 secs

Active Cool Down
