It’s time for me to start keeping a fitness log. This I believe will beneficial by firstly keeping track of my progress, motivation for me to keep going, and possibly be an inspiration to others to join in the journey.

My current weight after a few weeks of working out is 236lbs at 6’3. Also i am not a power lifter or ego lifter so don’t expect to see massive weights being moved around. I’m going for hypertrophy, so higher reps lower weights.
Full Body Workout:
(Sets x Reps)
Barbell Squats:
Warm-up 2x8: 95lbs, 135lbs
Working sets 3x10: 160lbs;
Bench Press:
Warm-up 2x8: 95lbs, 135lbs
Working sets 3x10: 150lbs;
Seated bicep hammer curls x Skull crushers (superset)
Working sets 4x10: (SBHC)25lbs, (SC)35lbs;
Dumbbell Lateral Raises:
Working set 4x12: 25lbs;
Calf Raise:
Working set 3x15: 70lbs;
