Workout Log 3 Catching up on my last two workouts.

Hello Hivers,
Its time for me to play catch up again with my workout log. I hope you have a routine you are trying to stick to as well. If you do have a routine let me know in the comments below. Now lets get into the workouts. I will be posting my last two workouts.

Leg Day

Squats:
Warm-up: 95lbs, 135lbs
Working sets (3x10): 185, 195, 205;

Hamstring Curls

3x12 Medium band

1 2/3 Bodysquat
bodyweight: 4x12 These are a little slice of hell.

End of Leg Day


Chest and Arms

Bench Press
Warm-up: 95lbs, 135lbs
Working Sets 3X10: 155lbs;

Incline Dumbbell Press
Working sets 2x16slow 2x20fast: 35lbs

Barbell Curl/Curlbar Skullcrusher (Superset)
4x10 75lbs/35lbs

End of Chest and Arms day.

The curlbar is a piece of equipment that my wife and I just added to our set so my weight was way too light this first time around. Still trying to find a good weight for triceps extention(skullcrushers).

Well that was it for the last few days. I am looking to add a John Henry WOD (Work of the Day) which is a lot of tracker tire sledgehammering and tire flipping. Can't wait to not be able to breathe after that one.
