I first tried this last year, and I really like the results.
The Milk Thistle is a curse to many, but it has its good qualities too. Many of you may be familiar with this plant, and if you've ever walked around barefoot and accidentally stepped on one, you probably definitely remember!
I'll get into some of the other uses later in life (hopefully this summer) but for now, I love photographing the immature flowers. They resemble fireworks, or crazy "hens and chicks" succulents or something. Whatever they may look like, I say that they are beautiful. Plus, the photos aren't as thorny as the plants! LOL!
BEHOLD - IMMATURE MILK THISTLE FLOWERHEADS

I love those kinds of geometric symmetric plants. They seem like the obvious inspiration for the geometric art styles that you see in places like mosques, temples, and some cathedrals.

I take milk thistle everyday. Its good for the liver.
Nice picture........Great Job done........Do you know that Milk thistle benefits work by drawing toxins out of the body and protecting the liver from damage. Silymarin, which is derived from the milk thistle plant, has been used in traditional medicine as a natural remedy for diseases of the liver because of its potent antioxidant activity. It also contains vital nutrients, vitamin A, Vitamin E and Vitamin .. ..The antioxidant compounds in it is quite many.
