@acidyo ... Echinacea and rosehip extracts can be a great help in increasing your body's resistance to these ailments. Sensitive individuals can also take them continuously. Take these plants as a tincture: 30 drops in a little water, morning and evening. Difficulty swallowing may indicate chronic inflammation of the throat, especially around the tonsils. A thorough examination will determine whether some individuals are constantly inflamed, year-round, and this is not good. Thyme is excellent for these problems. Add 50 drops of thyme tincture to water and gargle every night.
