Wow it looks so appealing to the eyes. I hope it taste as it looks. I can see some bread beside the pork. What kind of bread is that. Even though it looks like ginger bread I haven't tasted some so I can't conclude. I love cooking and I like developing simple recipe with the ingredients available in my kitchen. I hope to learn a lot of recipes from you..bravo

I believe that was Borodinsky (dark brown sourdough rye bread) similar to Lithuanian or any other dark bread...
We have so many different kinds of bread here, I just thought this kind of bread fits pork perfectly :D
