How to make pumpkin soup soup?

Preparation time: 30min

Needed ingredients:

  • pumpkin: 200g
  • potatoes: 100g
  • por: 50g
  • tomato: 100g
  • garlic: 1 clove
  • ginger: 10g
  • Pumpkin seeds: 10g
  • vegetable decoction / water: 150ml
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe:
Pumpkin, garlic and potatoes are peeled. Remove the pulp, pips and cut into cubes. Pour the vegetables into the pot. We add potatoes, leeks, pumpkins, tomatoes, garlic and ginger. Cook for about 20 minutes. Finally mix the blender, season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with boiled pumpkin seeds. In low calorie version we can replace cream with lean milk.
