EAT ME - Blueerry Cacao Cheesecake with an extra sprinkling of chocolate !!

Tastier, tasty can only be very tasty..))
I bring to your attention the recipe of this yummy

Base: 1 cup Almonds
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup oats
3 tbsp cacao powder
6 Medjoul dates
11/2 tbsp brown rise syrop
Whizz everything in a food processor until finely ground.
Press into the base of a small, lined baking tin. Set aside.

For the filling you will make the basic filling before dividing in two and adding the flavours.
2 cups cashew nuts, soaked overnight
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cacao butter
1/2 cup almond milk
Wgizz everything in a high speed blender until smooth.
Divide the mixture in half.

For the cacao layer -
Add 1tbsp cacao powder
1/2 cup aimond milk
Blend again until very smooth and pour on top of the base.
Dot with fresh blueberries and put in the freezer for 30 mins.

For the blueberry layer -
To the reserved mixture add 11/2 cups blueberries, blend.
Pour on top of the cacao layer and freeze.
When frozen remove from the freezer, let thaw for a 30 mins
and then cut into bars.

Store the bars in the freezer in a covered container.
Let thaw at room temperature for 10 mins before enjoying.
Decorate, at will.
Or initially, distribute all the layers, in round shapes,
to get everything as in the picture.
