but very easy to make-you melt some butter and deglaze with alcohol-doesn't have to be vodka can be white wine or triple sec or anything you prefer and works without alcohol also,add rice and stir and salt to your lin=king-cook rice with milk ,coconut milk,and heavy whipping cream until it still has a little bite but liquids mostly absorbed and add cinnamon,orange and lemon peel and some lemon juice and sugar as sweet as you like-you can already eat it like this or add some butter on top and put into 400 degree oven for 10 min to have some crust-works also well with almonds or pine nuts and you can add your favorite fruit or jams as well-super easy-just stir regularly so the milk wont burn to the bottom
