Kali ini saya mau berbagi resep yang asik untuk di coba.
Resep : DONAT PIZZA
BAHAN
100 gram tepung segi 3
100 gram tepung cakra
1 sct susu bubuk dencow
2 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt ragi instan
2 sdm mentega
1/4 sdt garam
100 cc air hangat kuku
minyak goreng secukupnya untuk menggoreng
toping suka2 aku: selai setrowberry, selai blueberry, selai coklat capuchino, selai kacang, selai greentea dan keju parut, millo, oreo, meses
CARA MEMBUAT
- bahan cair: campur air, gula, ragi instan aduk rata sisihkan biarkan berbuih
- campur tepung, susu bubuk, garam masukkan bahan cair campur rata masukkan mentega uleni hingga kalis elastis bentuk bulat tutup plastik warp diamkan selama 40 menit
- kempiskan adonan uleni sebentar bentuk bulat tipiskan dengan rolling pin hingga berbentuk seperti pizza potong melintang*aq jadi 8 biji diamkan 15 menit
- goreng di minyak yang sudah di panaskan biarkan sampai kuning keemasan, angkat dinginkan beri toping sesuai selera
