🍴Lasagna (the classic recipe)

đź’ˇLasagna is a culinary designer, like any pasta. And, like any pasta, lasagna is a very delicious and satisfying. There are dozens of types of Italian dishes. The easiest and most common recipe of lasagna with tomato-meat sauce Bolognese. Exactly this kind of lasagna will cook.


đź“Ś Ingredients:


âś…The lasagna sheets - 250 g

âś…Minced meat - 450 g

âś…Onion - 1 PC.

âś…Carrots - 1 PC.

âś…Tomato sauce - 60 g

âś…Tomato paste - 60 g

âś…Butter - 60 + 30 g

âś…Flour - 60 g

âś…Milk - 800 ml

âś…Parmesan cheese - 120 g

âś…Nutmeg - 1 tsp

âś…Salt - 2 tsp

âś…Pepper - 1 tsp


Special attention should be paid to plate test. If you don't make the dough themselves, it is necessary to pay attention to the instructions for the lasagne.


đź“Ś The cooking process:


Prepare the Bechamel sauce. In a deep frying pan, melt the butter (60 g), add the flour and vigorously stirring, mixing parts of hot milk, season with salt and nutmeg, bring to a boil, turn off.

Finely chop onions, carrots grate.

Prepare the Bolognese sauce. In a deep frying pan fry the onion in butter until soft, add carrots, fry for about 5 minutes.

Then add the minced meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper, mix well. Fry on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Then add tomato sauce and tomato paste. Stir and cook for another 10 minutes.

At the bottom of the form put part of the Bechamel sauce. Put a sheet of lasagna, then spread the part of the Bolognese sauce. Pour on top of the sauce Bechamel and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Repeat the layers until the lasagna until all ingredients are used up.

The top layer of lasagna sheet, pour Bechamel sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake the lasagna for about 40 minutes at 180-190 degrees until Golden brown.

Ready lasagna remove from oven, allow to stand for 10 minutes, then cut into portions. Decorate and enjoy!
