Panna cotta with chocolate and condensed milk🍫🥛

🔖Ingredients:
🔸Gelatin — 15 g
🔸Milk — 150 g
🔸Condensed milk — 4 tbsp
🔸Cream — 250 ml
🔸Chocolate black — 100 g

♨This trade:
🔹 Gelatin to combine with milk and cream. Leave for 10 minutes to swell. Heat to 80C, stirring constantly, until dissolved gelatin.
🔹 Divide the mixture into 2 unequal parts — one bigger and the other smaller.
🔹 A smaller portion to connect with the broken chocolate. Stir to dissolve chocolate.
🔹 A big part of connecting with condensed milk and stir to dissolve milk.
🔹 Pour into glasses and put in the fridge for 1-0-20 minutes to solidify. Can glasses to tilt.
🔹 Sprinkle the chocolate mixture and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Panna cotta is ready.
