Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of Kodur Shak"


Ingredients:

Kodur Shak
Garlic
Onion
Daal
Green chili
Oil
Salt

Process:

Shak is a very nutritious food. It's required to be a dish for lunch time. I always try to get shak on the lunch. So today I cooked kodur shak. At first what I did is wash the shak properly and stain water. Then cut shak into pieces. Try to cut into big pieces so vitamin will be intake. Put a pan on the stove. Add oil and heated up. First add daal. With little amount of turmeric powder get the daal boiled. When daal will be cooked add Shak. Put green chilli too. After the shak is done in another pan fry garlic into golden brown color and put it in the shak. Check salt and serve.

Serve with hot rice.
