
• Tomato Chicken Soup •
Material :
1 young chickens.
4 tomatoes, split four.
2 celery stalks.
1 carrot stalk, cut into pieces.
3 cloves of garlic, geprek.
3 grains of onion, geprek.
2 segments of ginger, geprek.
1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
500 ml of water, or sufficiently.
Salt and pepper sauce, to taste.
How to:
- Clean the chicken, cut into pieces. Me, cut into 8 parts.
- Boil water, input all herbs and chicken. Cover the pan, simmer for 2 hours. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.

i never had a chicken soup with tomato before, seems interesting but im not sure how it would work, im not a fan of the chicken feet in the bowl, i think its okay to keep them in the soup while its cooking to get the gelatin but they dont look so inviting in the bowl.
overlall it looks well made
i give it a 6/10
