Hi Friends,
I love to make breakfast sandwiches in the morning, similar to an Egg McMuffin from McDonalds - egg, sausage and cheese between a toasted English Muffin. Paired with hot sauce and hot coffee, it is a perfect way to start the morning.
Well, I decided for lunch one time last week that I would double it - double egg, double cheese, and double sausage... here was the result:

This may not look like a fail (or maybe it does), but the sandwich was impossible to hold and eat. The extras caused everything to be slimy and slippery - you could not get a bite on it without things jumping out the other side. I would not have guessed at this outcome, but it was a big fail, albeit, it still tasted fine.
I won't be attempting this one again soon - I will stick to the normal breakfast sandwich.
Thanks for coming by,
Brian
Secret. When double stacking meat the need to be together with a piece of cheese as the glue. Then one egg on top, one on bottom. Each with cheese on them as the glue. I get thinner slices of cheese from the deli for this or it’s too much cheese.
Thanks for the tip… I’ll give it a go!
