Hello everyone, have good and healthy days..

Some of you know that i am staying with my cousins in state of Izmir and i am having great times with them..

As i am doing my daily works on Uptrennd as a VA (Ambassador) i am also learning how to grow vegetables.. Also learning some new recipies from my cousins..

Yesterday me and one of my cousin Hilmi Akin created great dinner for ourselves with Artichokes.. The meal was delicious and very healthy.. The recipie was easy and i believe everyone could cook it easily.. Also Artichokes is great anti oxidant and it is really good for our healths..

Let's cook!

Ingredients:

Artichoke

Purslane

Cucumber

Yogurt

Salt

Black Pepper

Virgin Olive Oil

Lemon

First you need to boil the artichokes with a lemon juice..

Then you need to clean the purslanes, you need to clean them multiple times because there would be too many soils on them..

After that you add cucumbers and yogurt..

Then you need to add the olive oil, salt and black pepper and mixed them all..

After that you put the mixed cream on the artichokes and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour..

When you check the images you would understand the recipe very easy.. It would only takes 15 minutes to cook..

This looks delicious! Definitely something to keep in mind for summer, when the purslane is growing.
