Tiempo vs Alimentos

Quisiera la fórmula para disminuir el tiempo en alimentarnos y lograr más espacio para dedicarme a otras cosas. Como atender a mi bebé, escribir, leer, ejercitarme; pues si sumo casi 2 horas gastadas en preparación de alimentos y digestión total en caso de considerar ejercicios o descanso... son muchas horas perdidas que desearía poder usar en otros asuntos.

Lo cierto es que hay tipos y tipos de comida (suplementos, frutas, licuados) pero eso sería para mí y que con mi familia¡ Igual comen y debo preparar alimentos. Alguien tiene la pastilla con sabor a arroz, frijoles, tajadas y una rica chiccha de naranja?
