Hello, today I show you five high protein cocktails, easy to make, good taste and what is most important - good for our health!


1. Twisted coconut

• 300 ml of coconut milk

• 2 scoops of vanilla protein

• 2 teaspoons of orange juice

• Half a banana


2. Muscular mango


• 300 ml apple juice without added sugar

• 200 ml natural yogurt 0%

• 1 teaspoon of orange juice

• Semi frozen mango

• Several slices of frozen pineapple

• 2 scoops of vanilla protein


3. Almond joy


• 200-300 ml almond milk

• 2 scoops of chocolate protein

• 2 teaspoons of peanut or almond butter

• 2 dark chocolate cubes - minimum 80% cocoa

• 1 teaspoon of coconut shavings


4. Caramelized coffee


• 200-300 ml almond milk

• 2 scoops of chocolate protein

• 1 tablespoon of coffee

• 1 tablespoon of sweetener - preferably agave or stevia syrup


5. Peach freshness


• Half frozen peach

• 200-300 ml of water or sugar-free apple juice

• 200 ml natural yogurt 0%

• 2 scoops of vanilla protein
