MadHatter by MasterChef Asia Runner-Up!

The MasterChef I am referring to is none other than Marcus Low! He opened MadHatter last year in Damansara Uptown serving up desserts as well as a selection of breads.

Normally when one thinks of Bubur Cha Cha, they would imagine a bowl of delicious goodness. At The MadHatter, the humble dessert has been transformed into an entirely different dish while maintaining the staple ingredients of a regular Bubur Cha Cha

Chocolate Calamansi is made up of a rich chocolate outer layer which is cut by the tartness of the calamansi on the inside

Passionfruit-Miso tart which I enjoyed the most as it plays with your taste buds with the contrasting flavours

If you have a craving for something sweet as well as out of the ordinary I definitely think MadHatter would be a good choice.

It is so extraordinary, nobody will expect bubur cha cha to look like this. I can see the creativity of master chef through these dessert.
