homemade super healthy fruit roll-ups( berries and banana&apple)

Hi steemit friends,

I tried really hard to prepare at least two kinds of fresh fruits in my girls daily lunch box, but they always asking for treats...so there were lots store bought cookies or fruit roll-ups..

I did not want to make roll-ups in the oven since I may just forget about it and leave it to be burned....

now I found a perfect way to make homemade fruit roll up via dehydrator...

making foods from scratch is a good way to encourage my kids to eat healthy food, and it’s also sweet to have them involved. They even asked if I can put their roll-up in STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE....

OK, that s cook

ingredients needed

2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries )
1 table spoon honey
2 table spoon water to help blend the Puree

2 cups Apple and banana
1table spoon honey
2 table spoon lemon juice

method

Blend everything to be a fruit Puree

and pour it into dehydrator

gently spread the mixture in an even layer

after 8-12 hours, it is done! with no added food coloring, no corn syrup and sugar.... it is so chewing and yummy:)

kids got to cut it and wrap it for their friends and lunch boxes.
