LASAGNE step by step tutorial

in #food10 years ago (edited)

This weekend, I created the best lasagne I´ve ever eaten. To share my delicious meal I created a small step by step tutorial. It´s really easy.

Here is what you need:

2 carrots
1/4 celery
2 garlic
2 onions
1 Tomato
1 zucchini
italian herbs

500g meat
1 can tomatos
cheese
bacon

milk
wine
pepper
salt
bayleeves
nutmeg
broth
butter
flour
noodles

At first cut the onion, the carrots, the celery and the garlic

fry everything except of garlic

add wine

cook until the wine is gone

fry the meat and add garlic asfter the meat is done

add fried vegetables

cut herbs and prepare salt and pepper

add spices (also bayleeves), tomatos from the can and a small spoon of sugar and let this cook for round about 1,5h (not to hot)

during the bolognese is cooking, prepare tomato, zucchini and cheese

grab a pot and start melting the butter

add flour and stir

add the milk and never ever stop stiring

add nutmeg, salt and broth

start with the first layer bolognese (remove the bayleeves before)

add noodles

the second layer with zucchini and the white sauce

again a layer noodles, than tomato and bolognese

again noodles, white sauce, cheese and bacon

after 50 minutes at 200°C it will look like this and taste like...

Mmmhhh... for questions just leave a comment.

Have a great meal!

Wow! I didn't know what I was missing by eating store-bought lasagnae!

I wish I had this recipe a day earlier, I will have to wait till next weekend to try it. You should post this on Allrecipes, this is awesome, definitely better than the Encore box lasagna I usually make when I'm being lazy!!!

The proper way to do a step by step recipe. Great work!

looks yummy - i use cinamon and brown sugar when i make - brings out the sweetness in the tomatoes if you use fresh - but this really looks great :)
