Hi everyone, I'm back to steemit again after a long busy weeks doing forms for my graduating students. Well any way just want to share this quick! - for me shocking fact...lol! Honestly am not really familiar about this major benefit of this ball of spines, edible and nutritious "tuyom"or Sea urchin. But how exactly does it taste? Those who have tried one often have a difficult time describing the taste. It has a sweet, yet subtle, fresh-from-the-ocean flavor and is often compared to oysters. Now here, Sea urchin is not only tasty and absolutely yummy but also according to research it "Enhances Virility." - hmmmp!
For real, it wasn't known to me that Sea urchin is also a "popular aphrodisiac.
" By the way Aphrodisiacs are foods that enhance virility, hence restoring sexual energy.
If you’d like to try fresh sea urchin without paying restaurant prices, you can dive or gather for your own! But remember to protect yourself from the spikes, if you are not familiar with this it’s recommended that you wear gloves. If you don’t have gloves on hand, at least be cautious. When you are ready, gently pick it up.
In the Philippines, Sea urchin is not difficult to find but it depends on your location. Even young children can get this while picking sea shells. While others may say it's usually found in the deep- though true! Some also are just along the sea shore. They’re most commonly found in rocky coastal areas and have small tube feet that allow them to cling to rocks. And is easily often notice by the sea goers when injured by its sharp and sometimes poisonous spines.
I remember when I was young ( am a fisherman's daughter)I used to gather those black sea urchins and placed them inside the "lapad"- an empty wine bottle. Most familiar container is the empty bottle of "Tanduay". I'll just smashed the spines not to hurt my fingers. I don't know if I'm still good at it since its been a long time already. Now if this findings about sea urchin is true to you, you should not let your sex life suffer. Any problem like low libido or frigidity? Do not just sit and watch there, grab a sea urchin. Be adventurous in your quest for any solution to a problem!
