Este es un plato muy practico y facil de preparar, primero se corta la carne y el pollo en cuadros no muy grandes, con unos palos de altura se pinchan hasta atrevasarlos , tambien se pueden cortar pmentones, tomates, cebollasy se alternan en los pinchos. colocar sal y pimienta, a los vegetales se les puede colocar un poquito de miel. Estos se pueden asar en una parrillera o en una plancha
