How to cook potatoes like a boss! Not All Potatoes Are Created Equal but BLM

So when you’re cooking potatoes obviously having fresh organic local potatoes is the first step....

However even if that’s not the case is wise to soak them in purified water (make sure it’s not tapwater as that’s poison)

This way they get super saturated and stay moist rather than get dry.

Then chop them up however is appropriate to whatever dishes that you’re making doesn’t really matter whether it is french fries or potato salad. Just cut them accordingly.

Then boil and or fry them. In this user case we are boiling them.

We are making potato salad and it’s going to be epic. Not all potato salad is created equal either.

Also we already boiled eggs and were using the exact same water. Filtered of course.

And as usual everything is cooked in our outdoor kitchen and our handmade earth and rocket stove with the fuel salvage from the landfill.
