Baklava is very tasty, a great combination of delicious kernels with quality and tasty dough covered with a layer of butter and fragrant nectar

Yufka douga
Walnuts, pistachios 200 g
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
Push 1 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 tbsp
Rose 1 tbsp
1 water
1 cup sugar
Rose 1/4 cup
Saffron

Recipes:
Mix the middle of the baklava, walnut and pistachio powder with the powdered sugar and cardamom and set aside.
Lightly grease the bottom of the mold with butter. Now place a layer of prepared Yufka dough on the bottom. You can put 3 layers of dough on top of each other for baklava.
Now that you have greased the mold well with the filling and on the top of the dough, make rhombus or square cuts on the dough using a knife.
Then heat the mold in the oven at 180. C for 20 minutes.
To make the syrup or baklava nectar, mix the water and sugar together in a bowl and heat. When the whole sugar dissolves in the water and boils a little,
Add rose and saffron to the syrup. After 2 minutes, turn it off and place it in the environment to cool the syrup.
Your baklava is ready, take it out of the oven and add the syrup in two steps. The first step is when the baklava is slightly cooled and overheated. Pour half of the cooled syrup over the baklava.
Your delicious and homemade baklava is ready.
