Mont d'Or is the ultimate dish for cheese lovers. It's a cheese from Franche Comté (north east France). This cheese is so runny that you have to contain it in a wood box. As it is already in a wood box the best way to heat it is too cook it 30min in the oven ! Eat it with potatoes and charcuterie.
