Crunchy Trail Mix Cookies.
I was playing around with some leftover ingredients recently and decided to make some trail mix cookies. These are basically a clean-out-the cabinet treat. I unfortunately don't have a recipe because I made them up but if you're interested I can come up with a recipe sometime later.
