
There are many kinds of beef stew, the following is my recipe, not too complicated,but is rather time-consuming.
It is mainly because of cooking it for a long time.So you need to have enough time to do it .But It is worth doing ,for the meat is very delicious!
Ingredients:
1000g Beef
one carrot
one potatoe
one tomatoe
2tbs tomato sauce
500ml red wine
500ml chicken soup (or other bone soup)
5ml white pepper
5ml salt
20ml edible oil
Instructions:
1、washed beef ,soaked for 1 hour, cut into small pieces.each one was about 3cm long. salted it and dried it with kitchen paper.

2 washed the carrot,potato,peeled them ,cut them into pieces.

3 washed the tomato,peeled it with boiling water. and then cut it into small pieces

4 add the oil to the pot over medium heat,fried them until their colour is changed. remove them in a dish.

5 add the garlic to the pot ,fried it

6 add the tomato and the tomato sauce ,fried them

7 add beef,red wine,chicken soup ,white pepper,salt to the pot ,beyong beef,cooked it for 2.5 hours in the oven. If you haven't oven,you cooked it with pot is ok. It's not necessary to use very expensive red wine.Ordinary is ok.

8、add in potato and carrot ,go on cooking for 30 minutes.
9 heat over high heat until the soup thicken and less. dished up.


you can also use mushroom ,green beans as a side dish.you were free to concoct the dishes with available raw mate.
原料:
牛肉 ,胡萝卜,土豆,西红柿,番茄酱,红酒,鸡汤(或者其他骨头汤),胡椒粉,盐,食用油,
做法:
1、牛肉(最好肥瘦相间的)洗净浸泡约1小时,切成约3厘米的段,撒少许盐腌制一下,控干水分。
2、胡萝卜,土豆,洗净去皮,切块。
3、西红柿洗净去皮,切丁。
4、热锅里倒入少许油,煎牛肉两面变色即可。
5、用锅里剩余的油爆香蒜瓣
6、加入西红柿,番茄酱翻炒片刻
7、加入牛肉,红酒,鸡汤 ,胡椒粉,盐,莫过牛肉,中火烤2个半小时。(如果你没有烤箱,也可以直接炖2个半小时。)
8、再加入土豆,胡萝卜再继续炖半小时 ,大火收汤汁。
配菜也可以用油煎过的口蘑,豌豆最后装盘点缀在上面。
