Hahah! 'prop hunting', . . . love it. I completely understand. It really is the little touches that add a certain - professionalism - to food photography. you are doing a great job. Out of curiosity, what's in the white square dish in the upper right corner of your last picture? Mustard? or just olive oil? It's so yellow. I adore asparagus and have been munching on a bag I got recently, so your recipe is perfect timing. Thank you.
