Spicy Pork Taco with Salsa Verde

One of the greatest tacos I've had in my life comes from a little restaurant in Greenwich, Connecticut called 'El Charrito". My company does a lot of work in Greenwich, so when I'm in town I stop for lunch at El Charrito. In the picture above you can see a Spicy Pork taco topped with Salsa Verde.
The spicy roast pork is loaded with flavor and covered with cilantro and chopped onions. I poured on the salsa verde myself to take things up a notch. It's spicy and delicious. These tacos pair perfectly with the Jarritos Mexican soda that is sold at El Charrito. I look forward to another trip down to Greenwich again soon.
