Shanghai Style rice with roasted honey spare ribs

The Shanghai Style rice with roasted honey spare ribs is one of my favourite dishes where I can enjoy the tenderness of the pork as well as the crispy goodness of the pork. This dish is a combination of two different tastes which would appeal to those who prefer a salty and sweet seasoning where the saltiness comes from the sauce and the sweetness comes from the honey used to make the Shanghai Style rice with roasted honey spare ribs. The honey pork spare ribs is served with a serving of fried rice and vegetables. This is definitely one of the best Shanghai style honey pork spare ribs I have ever tasted. The food code is 330 which is to be written in the order form to order this dish.

Wok Sifu also does offer their loyalty card rewards from time to time where after having spent a certain amount of money, you would be eligible to receive stamps on your card where after accumulating the right amount, you would be able to redeem free food or drinks. Their loyalty card is a generous one as you can collect up to ten stamps with 4 different sections where you can claim a snack, meal or a drink from each section. The amount of money required to collect the stamps is also rather reasonable

Stew Pork

The stew pork dish is one of the dishes that you can redeem from the loyalty card at the first section which requires two stamps. Basically, the stew pork is a dish which contains minced pork dipped in a salty gravy along with a hard-boiled egg. There is definitely more than enough seasoning where I might find this dish a little too saltish. Basically, this dish is free as I redeemed it from the loyalty card. For those who would like to enjoy this amazing dish with rice can definitely order the stew pork rice from the menu which is marked with the number 300.

Cheese and ham pie (Hong kong style)

The next item that I redeemed from the loyalty card is the cheese and ham pie which looks more like a sandwich filled with a slice of ham and cheese. This definitely taste quite good although I would only consider it to be a snack. The cheese and ham pie does have enough of seasoning where the cheese is salty and the ham does taste good however I would not consider it to be the best I have ever tasted

As you can see, Me and my girlfriend, we are seated very comfortably as their restaurant provides comfortable facilities which creates a better environment for you to have your lunch or dinner here. The restaurant is also air-conditioned which is a feature you should be looking for as the weather is quite hot in Malaysia. This is definitely one of the places that you could get away from the warmness of the sun during the afternoon.
