Its my brother's birthday and we have prepared salad,chapati,chicken, and here is a recipe .

Salad
Cabbage,tomatoe,mayonnaise,vinegar,sugar. Cut your tomatoe and cabbage in preferred size then place in a bowl and add a teaspoon of vinegar and a teaspoon of sugar. Add mayonnaise and mix the mixture. Place in the fridge to cool

Chapati/tortilla
3 cups flour,a pinch of salt,butter/oil,yeast/baking powder
mix dry ingredients then add butter and keep mixing with your fingers then when thoroughly mixed add warm water and knead till dough stops sticking to your hands. Make balls and set aside then roll them out using a rolling pin and roast them on a greased pan.

Chicken
Ginger,garlic,vinegar,Worcestershire sauce,Tomatoe sauce,salt,barbeque spice,sugar.
Mix the ingredients and place in a pot with quarter cup of water. Bring the marinade mixture to boil then switch off and allow to cool. When cooled marinade your chicken and set for an hour or 2 just to get a richly flavoured chicken. Place your chicken in foil enclosed. Then place in the grill for 30 min. Uncover your foil and grill for a further 15min and it's ready.
