Hola amigos hoy les traigo la receta de unas deliciosas galletas de chocolate.
Ingredientes :
120gr de harina de trigo con leudante
100gr de chocolate amargo
100gr de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
100gr de azúcar
1 huevo
2 cdas de cacao en polvo
1/2 cdita de café instantáneo o 1/2 taza de café oscuro
1 cdita de bicarbonato
Preparación :
P1: Batir la mantequilla junto con el azúcar y el huevo, hasta obtener una mezcla suave, agregar poco a poco la harina, el bicarbonato, el cacao, el café y el chocolate cortado en trozos y mezclar todo.
P2: hacer bolitas, aplastarlas y hacer formas con un cortador de galletas.
P3: En una bandeja con papel siliconado o esta previamente engrasada y enharinada pasar a colocar las galletas procurando dejar un espacio entre ellas y llevarlas al horno por 15min a 125 grados.
Y listas para la hora del té.
