The Coca-Cola Company Sweet Story Challenge

As one of the top chefs Marcus Samuelsson said; “Food is powerfully symbolic and really complex. Through food we express love. We bring comfort and hope. We forge new relationships and strengthen old bonds. Food reaffirms not only our humanity but the joy of being alive.”

Such a powerful saying, it describes perfectly what kind of big impact the food has in our lives. Therefore, if you were thinking that one day we will take pills instead of having the full course meal, I have to admit that it will not happen. (at least on the earth :) )

Food has been evolved so much around us. Even look at the bread that we have been eating for centuries, became the gluten source of the enemy of our live. However, the biggest enemy for sure has been the sugar. It has been hiding in every meal, in every corner to cause millions different health issues. Just because it is addictive, we have been constantly increasing in our diet.

Coca-Cola has been the company that blamed for our obesity problems, and all other severe health issues, now taking great position in finding the next great sugar replacer.

You might have no culinary background, and or involved in any product development in food, but I am sure, you had tried some crazy delicious stuff all around the world, or have a great family recipe that you can't live without.

I strongly encourage everyone to think, and discuss what would be the next cola. There are many natural alternatives out there; lets discover the next one together.
