Carrot and orange gingerbread with filling of dried fruits

A delicious treat without sugar, juicy and sweet.

carrot 2 pcs.
eggs 2 pcs.
oranges 1 pc.
bran 4 tbsp.
dried apricots to taste
raisin to taste
dates to taste
soda at the tip of the knife
