How To Make Meringues

Ingredients:
Tartaric acid'1 Tbsp
Eggs'4 at room temp
Sea salt'pinch
Vanilla extract'1 Tsp
Caster sugar'Double the weight of your eggs

Method:
1)Get ready all your ingredients so its easier later on

  1. Separate your eggs into egg whites and yolks
    and put the whites into a stand mixer or electric mixer

  2. whisk on low till small bubbles appear than add your Tartaric acid/Cream of Tartar , salt and whisk on high

5)whisk in the the vanilla extract

4)when stiff peaks have formed add in your sugar teaspoon by teaspoon until finished and whisk until when you put some of the mixture in your hands you cant feel any grains

6)line up two baking sheets stink down the baking paper by adding some mixture to the four corners

  1. pipe the meringue in and bake it in the oven for 35 minutes or until the meringues pull away from the paper

  2. Last but not least Enjoy
