Our food does not have the nutrition anymore as it had 30 years back due to constant gen manipulation our plants have become stronger whilst the nutritional value has been descending, unfortunately.
Another great example is misinformation about foods like cowmilk for example, for years (since 1912 approximately) we have thought milk is healthy because it contains the correct aminic acids however when you take a closer look you will find the aminic acids actually have the wrong ratio making your body take minerals out of your bone marrow instead of adding any value to it.

healthy milk?

Milk does not always have to come from an animal, for instance, we can take a handful of nuts or seeds, water and a pinch of salt. When we take these ingrediënts put em in a blender and turn it on you will see the water turning into white milk, healthy milk! Milk from nuts and seeds is what our body actually needs and knows how to deal with and that is what these 5min recipes are all about.

-Mistirix Milk & Fruit-

As a successful biohacker, I drink this every morning and I can say it boosts me 10 times better than a cup of coffee, especially if you drink the coffee with sugar. (Sugar = drugs)

  • 3 tablespoons mixed nuts (no peanuts)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 3 tablespoons of raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons blue grapes
  • 1 tablespoon coconut blossom (agave syrup or honey can be used as well)
  • water until the cup is at 0.5ltrs (when the ingrediënts are in the cup and the cup size is 0.75 ltr)
(If you don't want to drink it right away then also add a pinch of salt to it this will stop/slow the fermentation process which is not unhealthy yet tastes a bit sour.

  • 3 tablespoons mixed nuts (no peanuts)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds (flax, hemp, chia etc. keep alternating the seeds they each have there own good qualities)
  • 3 tablespoons of blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons white grapes
  • 1 tablespoon coconut blossom (agave syrup or honey can be used as well)
  • water until the cup is at 0.5ltrs (when the ingrediënts are in the cup and the cup size is 0.75 ltr)

As you see the nuts are a recurring in the recipes yet I switch seeds and fruits daily for a healthy alternation, The nuts contain great fats and proteïns your body needs to function combined with seeds like chia, flax or even hemp seeds makes it great in nutritional value

So are you by now wondering why I keep saying NO PEANUTS in my recipes? No I'm not allergic and yes I actually do like peanuts, so why not? Wel I actually have 2 reasons for it.

  • the flavour of peanuts tends to take over and I rather taste the nice fruits.
  • out of all nuts peanuts are the least healthy for our body and most acidic out of all nuts. (biohacker4life)

Next time I'll post my recipe I use when I demand 110% out of my body it's great when working out, energizing and all set for body tissue repair and bloodstream improvement. Your body is a complex factory capable of great things it all depends on the input, understand what you feed it and enjoy the benefits.

A shake a day keeps the doctor away.
