As our first home cooking adventure my girlfriend and I decided to make a Chipotle-style burrito bowl! The finished product:
We used a healthy combination of fresh ingredients:
5x Boneless Chicken Thighs
3x Tomatoes
1/2x Red Onion
6x Cloves of Garlic
1x Tin of Black Beans
2x Lemon Wedges
1x Cup of Brown Rice
1x Avocado
Black pepper, Salt, Chilli Flakes, Sweer Paprika, Harrissa as seasoning and spices.
Habanero Sauce
Parmesan cheese and chives (optional)
After cooking the chicken, dicing tomatoes and onion, mashing the avocado, cooking the rice and beans and seasoning throughout:
Fed four people and tasted wonderful!
Nicely done! Looks like a great recipe, and easily made Paleo for those of us crazy types who skip out on rice and beans. Good work with the photos, too. Avocado + habanero = awesome!
