We add only cumin and salt in the mixture of ground beef. And onion leaves a pretty pleasant taste. Ground beef with at least 20-25 percent fat produces the juiciest burgers. When making the patties, overwork the meat; because we want to moisty burgers... Generously season patties on both sides with pepper.
Preheat grill for high heat. This is important because low heat leads to moisture loss... And grill patties 5 minutes per side.
Finally, you can eat your delicious homemade hamburger. Do not forget to add grilled onions and cheddar cheese...

If you want to make a hamburger bun by yourself, here is the directions:
In a bowl, dissolve 2 tablespoons dry yeast in warm water. You can add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt and sugar. Add 1 egg and 3 cups flour. Mix it and don't let rise. Dived 10 or 12 pieces and shape each into a hamburger bun. Cover and rest 10 minutes. And than you can bake 425° for 10 minutes. Its done. Simple and healthy...
