Last month we traveled to NYC and found this cute little minimalistic restaurant right in the Rocketfeller Center called by Chloe.
and the great news was, it was ALL Plant-Based!

When we stumbled across this restaurant we knew we had to try like everything on the menu! Back home, there aren't very many places you can go out to eat, so we took advantage of the opportunity.

If you're in NYC and want to try a something new, this restaurant is the one to choose! They have the best Mac n' Cheese you'll ever try! And make sure you get the bacon. Shiitake bacon tastes just like actual bacon, I am telling you, and its cruelty free!!
I enjoyed Chloe's for a while, until I found out what the company did to Chloe, basically stole her name, and her recipes and kicked her out, heartbreaking. She tells the whole story on her instagram.

Yea, so sad, a good lesson for anyone wanting to start a business and work with big biz investors.
