Dear steemit friends,
Indian kitchens are not fulfilled without spices . And it is not possible to cook a classical Indian dishes without some basic spices.
Especially the following 7 Essential Indian Spices :
1.DHANYA POWDER (coriander powder)
2.GARAM MASALA (whole spice mix)
3.HALDI( Turmeric powder)
4.HARI ELAICHI(Green cardamom)
5.JEERA POWDER(cumin powder)
6.LAL MIRCHI POWDER(Red chilli powder)
7.SABUT JEERA ( cumin seeds)
So what we can do with all of those spices are , just starting with the simple curry or gravy to the most loved Indian dishes like Butter Chicken , Rogan josh etc.
