Absolutely Delicious Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken (Original Recipe and Photoshoot)

If you are yet unaware, chicken and pineapple is a perfect combination. A taste of tender chicken combined with pineapple is absolutely delicious. Once you try it you will never forget its taste!

Ingredients

• chicken thighs (skinless, bone-in or boneless);
• pineapple slices (fresh or canned);
• cheese grated;
• 2-3 tbsp yellow mustard;
• pepper, salt.

(Optional: 1/2 tsp mixture of black and red peppers, curry, coriander, basil, estragon, garlic powder...)

Instructions

1. Put chicken thighs (I prefer them bone-in and skinless for this recipe) into a big bowl.
2. Mix them with mustard and spices and leave to marinate for half an hour.
3. Take an oven tray, cover it with foil and grease with oil.
4. Put chicken thighs on the tray, add a pineapple slice and grated cheese on top of each.
5. Cook for up to an hour at 160C-170C until golden brown.
