Greetings.
A couple of days ago I wanted to try adding vegetables to my breakfast. I had stored on my fridge some carrots, potatoes and a beet. A perfect match to make a salad. I started by cooking the vegetables in boil water and after that I cutted all of them into little pieces. Is better to cut the potatoes in big pieces because when is necessary to mix the vegetables it tends to disintegrate. A pinch of salt and the salad is ready.
I also made a cheese sandwich to complete the breakfast.
