Being in lockdown, the ready food I have are mostly all instant. So, I am thinking again of what will be my dish for today.
I checked my food container of what canned goods left. I still have meat loaf. The usual we do with meat leaf is to fry. Then, it comes to my mind to make a twist with my meat loaf. Why not make it a patty? 😀
So, I prepared a can of meat loaf, 2 eggs, 1 onion and garlic cloves.
I crushed the meat loaf, onion and garlic. Then, need to beaten the eggs.
Combine together the meat loaf, onion, garlic in the beaten eggs. Mix well until becomes even. I didn't add other seasoning coz the taste of meat loaf is enough and good for me. But, if you are reading this and you want to try it you may add seasoning depends on you. 😀
It is now ready to fry. Fry the mixture until becomes golden brown.
So, here's the finish product. My very own version patty made of canned meat loaf. 😀😀😀
It is yummy. 😋 It makes my hungry tummy satisfied again. 😀
