THIS IS THE BEST PANCAKES RECIPE IN FOOD´S HISTORY
For the pancake mix
- 1 cup of Flour all use
- 1 ¼ of cdtas. of Baking Powder
- 4 tbsp of granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup of liquid milk
- 4 tbsp of melted butter
- 1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Oreo Cookies, chopped
For the Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup of Milk Cream
- 1 tbsp of Sugar glass
- 1 tsp. of Maicena
- ¼ cup Oreo Cookies
- Chocolate syrup and chopped Oreo cookies to decorate
Preparation
For the Pancakes:
- Add the flour, the yeast in powder, the sugar, and the cocoa powder in a large container, mix until it is well combined.
- Then add the eggs, milk, melted butter, Vanilla extract and chopped Oreo cookies, and mix until everything is well integrated.
- Choose a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium heat and melt the extra Butter.
- Wet approximately ¼ cup of the mixture on the surface of the plate and cook until it is golden and crunchy on each side.
For the Whipped Cream:
- Add the Milk Cream in the bowl of the blender and mix at high speed.
- When peaks begin to appear, add Sugar and Corn Starch.
- Continue mixing, finally add the Oreo cookies. Reservation.
At your service:
- Place a pancake on a plate, cover with the Whipped Cream and cover with another Pancake, until forming a tower.
- Then add the Chocolate Syrup to the Pancake Tower and finish with the Whipped Cream on top, with more Biscuits.
