Well since I was little I always liked to cook inventing new dishes recently used many pastas to cook, here I will leave a simple and quick recipe that can prepare. The ingredients are:
-Baskets (can use of any kind does not matter).
-Mature tomatoes.
-Onion.
-Garlic.
-parsley.
-peppers.
- cheese (of any kind) (although a mozzarella is preferable).
-Ground beef.
-oil.
-Salt and spices.
-black pepper.
-sugar.
preparation:
Meat:
Well first of all we will start chopping all the vegetables, after having done this we will put them to fry in a cauldron over low heat for about 5 minutes, we will add the salt and spices to taste when you are well fried we will add the ground meat plus two rates of water, mix well, wait for everything to cook well and turn off the meat.
Sauce:
-First we put some tomatoes in a pot with boiling water, we hope it cooks well, when ready we put it in a blender, then the tomato concentrate that we left it let it cook in another pot, leaving a sauce with a color very red, we will add sugar, salt, spices and pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is well cooked.
Pasta:
For the pastas we can first a pot of water to boil, with a little salt and oil, and we will add the pasta that we will use for 10min, then glue the pasta.
Final step:
We will look for a metallic mold, in which we will put a layer with half of the tomato paste, then the well dispersed pasta, then the other layer of the tomato paste, with the meat on top of it, and finally the well-distributed cheese, we put it in the oven for about 25 min. And ready to eat.
