Hi, Steemit friends, if you are vegetarian, do you occasionally feel like you want some different dishes, not just fried vegetable or steam vegetable?
People live in Taiwan is lucky. Restaurants in Taiwan are fiercely competitive so that we have so many different kind of restaurants, including Vegetarian Restaurant.
Today I will introduce Sufood Vegetarian Restaurant belongs to Wowprime corp. in Taiwan.

吃素的朋友，照過來照過來！
不是吃素的朋友別跑啊！好康一樣有你們的份，至少可以看一下Teresa的照片。
喔！不是，是Teresa拍的照片。
吃素的朋友們會不會覺得老吃菜有點吃膩了？總是炒青菜燙青菜，豆腐香菇的，如果偶爾菜色可以有些變化，多點美味不是更好？
在台灣我們算是幸運的，除了有一些素食餐廳可以吃到一些素雞，台灣因為餐廳競爭激烈，什麼樣別具特色的餐廳都有，自然不用擔心吃素食的朋友想要吃大餐時會無處可尋。
今天要跟大家推薦的是王品集團中的一家素食餐廳「舒果新米蘭蔬食」。
我們去的是板橋遠東店，位於遠東通訊園區的辦公大樓1樓。
The counter looks fashion.
入門的櫃檯，看起來活潑又時尚
You can buy some dinnerware here. They looks beautiful and have good quality. The best part is that they all have good prices.
You will increase good mood of life by eating with these dinnerware at home.
門口處有賣一些餐具，看起來造型都很美，品質也很不錯，重點是價格很佛心哪～
在家裡吃飯使用這些餐具，老婆心情肯定大好。老婆心情好，老公就有福了。
The Interior decorated with dark tones and large glass windows, to create a concise and Italian fashion.
When you sit by the window during the daytime, the restaurant is just surrounded by landscaping outside the building. You can enjoy full of greenery and the free time which you may not be able to have often in the city life.
Meals are $NT398 one price package. For a friend with a choice dilemma, you should be able to reduce a little bit of emotional entanglements.
The ingredients are seasonal vegetables and fruits, so the menu will be adjusted according to the season changes.
Italian cooking techniques emphasis on color, aroma, flavor, shape, and tableware, not only focus on the food decoration and flavor, and even the tableware is exquisite.
The tableware sold at the door should be those they regularly change off.
室內裝潢以深色調搭配大片玻璃落地窗，打造一種簡潔明快的義式時尚感。
白天的時間坐在靠窗處，剛好被大樓外的造景圍繞，窗明几淨加上綠意盎然，享受都市中難得的浮生半日閒。
餐點皆為$NT398均一價的套餐，對於有選擇困難症的朋友應該可以減少一點糾結的情緒。
舒果的食材以當季時令蔬果為主，所以菜單會隨著季節做調整。
義大利烹調手法料理，強調色、香、味、形、器，不只注重食物的擺盤及風味，連盛裝的器具都很講究。
門口販賣的那些餐具，應該就是他們定期汰換下來的餐具。

山伏茸金針湯 Hericium Daylily Soup
洋蔥濃湯 Onion Soup
They serve two kind of soups today. We order both of them.
The Daylily in the soup is green, not the orange one we usually see. They also put ginger to add aroma.
The Onion Soup is delicious, too. They fry the onion before put into the soup so that it smells good. The butter and cheese make the soup rich. You will love the soup if you like cheese.
The bread comes with soup which is full of the aroma of rosemary. It tastes really good.
湯品有兩種選擇，我們兩種都點了。
山伏茸金針湯是以猴頭菇（山伏茸）熬煮為湯底，金針並非一般看到的橘色的金針花，而是綠色的金針花，加上大量的畺提味，喝起來非常清爽。
洋蔥濃湯味道也毫不遜色，跟一般喝到的洋蔥濃湯風味迥異。洋蔥經過拌炒後香氣十足，加上奶油和起司，味道濃郁，喜歡起司的朋友一定會喜歡這道湯品。
跟著湯品一起上桌的迷迭香麵包，真的可以吃到迷迭香的香氣，好好吃啊！
紅藜麥沙拉 Red Quinoa Salad
It’s a very special Mexican style salad .
The sauce in the salad make the salad sweet, sour and mild spicy.
Red Quinoa has the name of "cereal ruby”. The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization ranks it as one of the world's ten nutritious food.
The dietary fiber is 7 times as much as sweet potatoes. Its protein content is not inferior to beef, which is a perfect protein substitute for vegetarians.
I will recommend this salad as a must order dishes if you have never been here before.
這道沙拉味道相當特別，我從來沒有吃過帶有辣味的沙拉。
這是一道有墨西哥風味的沙拉，沙拉醬有墨西哥獨特的酸辣風味，搭配墨西哥食物常見的玉米脆片，非常好吃。
紅藜麥有「穀類的紅寶石」之稱，被聯合國糧農組織列為全球十大健康營養食品。富含的膳食纖維事地瓜的7倍，蛋白質的含量更是不遜於牛肉，是素食者絕佳的蛋白質替代品。
這道沙拉Teresa超級推薦，不論是營養價值或是食物風味，都很值得一試。如果你沒有來過舒果，這道沙拉絕對是必點。（嗯....... 回想起來又好想再去趟舒果～）
義式香醋野菇沙拉 Italian Vinegar Mushroom Salad
This is a rare warm salad, fried wild mushrooms mixed with several different kinds of lettuce, topped with Baba Sami sauce. It tastes light comparing to other salad today.
這是比較少見的溫沙拉，炒過的野菇跟幾種不同種類的生菜拌在一起，淋上巴薩米可醋醬，味道比較清淡。
季節鮮蔬沙拉 Seasonal Vegetable Salad
A variety of vegetables and fruits topped with French mustard. The flavor of sweet and sour can really boost your appetite.
多種蔬菜加水果，食材相當豐富。淋上法式芥末醬，酸酸甜甜的味道，很能提昇食慾。
桑椹風味纖醋 Mulberry Vinegar
Mulberry vinegar is available before the main meal. The idea is to remove the flavor of the food you eat before so that it does not affect the flavor of the main meal. I will say it’s for resetting your taste bud.
王品集團的餐廳，在上主餐之前都會先提供果醋，目的是消除之前吃過食物的味道，這樣才不會影響後續主餐吃起來的風味，有點reset的味道。
地中海杏鲍菇竹炭麵 The Mediterranean king oyster mushroom Bamboo speghetti
You may wonder how there are squids in a vegetarian meal. In fact it is king oyster mushroom.
Not just the shape looks like a squid, and the elastic taste is similar too.
咦？這是魷魚嗎？看起來好像啊！其實那是杏鲍菇，偽裝得也太成功了吧？
不只是形狀做成魷魚的樣子，彈牙的程度也跟魷魚有得拼。可以把杏鲍菇做成這種口感，Teresa實在佩服得五體投地。
醬烤杏齙菇石鍋拌飯 Grilled Mushroom Bibimbap
The pork chop is actually the king oyster mushroom AGAIN! Isn’t it amazing?
It tastes totally different from the king oyster mushroom in last dish. The seasoning is very similar to the barbecue sauce, slightly sweet and sour soy sauce, elastic and juicy.
I will say it’s super delicious!
旁邊那盤是豬排嗎？呵呵～ 又是杏鲍菇啦！杏鲍菇真是百變食材呀！
這道餐點的杏鲍菇，跟上一道的杏鲍菇吃起來完全不一樣，調味很類似烤肉醬略帶酸甜的醬油香，咬起來Q彈多汁，超超超超級好吃！真的沒想到杏鲍菇可以這麼美味。（根本就是自己廚藝不佳）
醬烤杏齙菇石鍋拌飯 Grilled Mushroom Bibimbap
Bibimbap looks rich. the waiter will come to service, help stir the rice well. it's really sweet.
石鍋拌飯看起來料多豐富，服務生還會來服務，幫忙把拌飯攪拌好，真的好貼心。
The oily rice looks nice. But the mushroom is too delicious, in contrast Bibimbap is slightly inferior.
拌好的石鍋拌飯，油油亮亮的看起來好好吃。不過杏鲍菇實在太好吃，相比之下石鍋拌飯就稍微遜色了。（要求也太高了，台灣的吃貨們真的被寵壞了）
鮮菇松子羅勒義大利麵 Mushroom Pine Nuts Basil spaghetti
There are so many vegetables in this meal, including broccoli, red and yellow peppers, edamame and so on. It’s very nutritious.
The King Oyster Mushroom appears again of course. It looks like grilled pork strips this time.
這道義大利麵的蔬菜超級豐富的，花椰菜、紅黃甜椒、毛豆等，營養價值一級棒。
杏鲍菇當然還是不能缺席，這次化身豬肉混淆視聽，碳烤過的杏鲍菇有著微微的碳烤香，不同料理方式依然好吃。
咖啡乳酪慕斯 Coffee Cheese Mousse
Whipped cream lace is like a blooming sunflower. This dessert is perfect for taking photos and uploading Facebook. Girls really like good looking desserts.
奶油擠成的花邊，像是綻放的向日葵，這款甜點超適合拍照上傳臉書，完全符合女孩們愛吃高顏值甜點的心態。
玫瑰蘋果酥 Rose Apple Crispy Cake
椰奶小熊咖啡凍 Bear Coconut Milk Coffee Jelly
Well, it’s definitely an adorable dessert which will make girls exciting and screaming.
不用我說，少女們看到這個甜點肯定尖叫的啦！顯然這道甜點是用來看的而不是用來吃的。小熊爽爽泡澡的愜意模樣，怎麼好意思打擾他啦！
不過，最後小熊還是被我出草了。
（註：出草是台灣原住民早期獵人頭的習俗）
Honestly, those desserts are not as good as their appearance.
舒果的甜品看起來都令人愛不釋手，不過吃起來就沒有外型那麼精彩了。

Sufood is just like other restaurants of Wowprime corp. The decoration and tableware are very exquisite. Their service attitude is always warm and touching.
Comparing to other vegetarian restaurant cook with high oil, high salt, and processed food such as faked chicken, Shufood use fresh ingredients which is clearly more in line with the health needs. Their creative cooking is not only recommended to vegetarian, the general public can also come here to enjoy the refreshing taste of fresh Vegetable & Fruit without meat.
「舒果新米蘭蔬食」就如同王品集團的其他餐廳一樣，裝潢及餐具都十分講究，環境衛生有一定的水準。最令人津津樂道的是他們的服務態度總是親切到令人感動。
不知道要去什麼餐廳吃飯的時候，我們常常都會想到王品集團的餐廳，因為他們的服務態度實在讓人覺得在此用餐令人心曠神怡。
比起素食餐廳高油高鹽的烹調方式，還有素雞等加工的食物，「舒果」使用新鮮食材烹調，顯然比較符合健康需求。創意的烹調手法，不只推薦素食者來打打牙祭，一般民眾也可以偶爾屏除大魚大肉，來這裏享受新鮮蔬果的清爽滋味。

Hi, great post. I am not a vegetarian but like to make sure that I don't eat meat every day. It is not always easy to find really high quality vegetarian food. This place looks amazing. Good work, I've followed you.

Looks delicious
In general, vegetarian bodies bodied leaner than meat eaters. The reason, vegetables rich in protein such as bean sprouts, fresh red beans, red spinach, cassava leaves, long bean leaves, contains lower fat and calories. No wonder if the perpetrators of vegetarians are rarely exposed to diseases associated with excess body weight such as coronary heart disease, stroke, and diabetes (diabetes mellitus).
I am trying to become vegan. It's so hard!

Looks colorful and delicious. I am trying more vegetarian foods. I imagine in near future almost all meat (meat-like) are produced (engineered) from vegetables. No more mammals and birds are killed for meat.
