焼魚の香ばしいいい香り。油の乗った焼魚定食はご飯の御伴に最高の組み合わせです。そんな新鮮な焼き魚定食を頂けるお店が宮益坂にある「産直青魚専門 渋谷 御厨」です。
この日は焼魚定食を味わおうとランチ時に訪問。

限定の特大アジフライ定食を頂きたかったのですが、既に売り切れ。どれにしようかと悩みましたが、焼魚定食を味わいたかったので、トロ鯖の炭火焼定食を頼みました。
トロ鯖藻塩炭火焼定食 1,100円
なんとも大ぶりな鯖の焼魚定食が運ばれて参りました。食べる前から脂が乗っていることが伝わってきます。
大根おろしに醤油を垂らします。
準備は整いました。頂いてみたいと思います。
美味い！！ふくよかで豊満なナイスボディを思わせる鯖の焼魚からは迸るほどジューシーな脂身が溢れだしてきます。熟練の職人が炭火で旨味を逃さず、じっくり丁寧に焼き上げれており、青魚本来の純粋な美味しさを感じます。
定食にはお刺身もついてきます。
ご飯が止まらなくなります。
とろろもついてきますので、ご飯にかけて頂きます。
夜は新鮮な青魚と種類豊富な日本酒を頂ける居酒屋さんに変身致します。
この日も活きのいいお魚を仕込んでいる様子が垣間見れました。夜も期待できそうです。
